The resort tariffs include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are not limited by time, as each guest chooses when he or she eats, with the restaurant doors only closing when the last guest has gone to sleep. The lunch menu is varied and carefully elaborated to emphasise the local dishes of the Catarinense (state) coast, fresh fish, prawns, shrimps and the famous Catarinense oysters. At night the restaurant turns into a more sophisticated environment but by no means formal, where the chef toasts our guests with the very best of international cuisine, presenting different dishes and combinations every day.
