You will be picked up at your hotel in Fortaleza and driven to the east of the city, through the Sol Nascente route. 32 Km away from Fortaleza and still in the district of Aquiraz, we find the beach of Iguape. As a small village of fishermen and rafts harbour, Iguape still maintains our settlers´ inherited traditions: the handmade fishing and the works of lace, embroidery and “labirinto”, made by the “rendeiras”, which are for sale at the handicraft center of Iguape.
Still on Sol Nascente Route, 75 Km away from the capital in the district of Cascavel, the beach of Caponga is a real proof of the harmony that coexists between natives and tourists.
In the complex of Hotel Village Barra Mar, the tourist can appreciate the beauties that the beach offers and still enjoy all the facilities of a resort. Restaurant, mini aquatic park with pools, optional kayak rides, quadricycles, and the famous “pau-de-arara” with buggy, with a stop at Lagoa Seca, with a slide through the aerial cable. Caponga still possesses one of the largest rafts harbours of the Ceará coast.
