Álvaro Novaes designed the golf course following a modern design concept for golf courses, which makes it a very competitive course. The greens protected by sand bunkers of different forms have undulations and are of different levels requiring great precision in putting.
Many lakes form part of the hazards of this course builts in a forest region of abundant vegetation in its surroundings where there is local fauna, mainly tropical birds such as parrots, thrushes, woodpeckers, and canaries.
The tourism region of Foz do Iguassu is the perfect scenario for this complete resort which besides the golf course offers families other leisure attractions, 54 rooms, 13 suites and 6 chalets which can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are many leisure options in the area and tourists should take the opportunity to visit the Parque das Cataratas, Parque das Aves, Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant and numerous other ecological places from the least strenuous to the most radical.
The resort location near the triple frontier offers tourists the possibility to visit casinos in Argentina and go shopping in Ciudad Del Este in Paraguay.
Bourbon Iguassu Golf Club & Resort offers driving range, putting green, pitching green, snack bar, restaurant, hotel accommodation, golf carts, pro-shop and equipments for hire. It has 18 holes, par 72 and 6982 yards. It is open from 7h00 till 19h00 mondays through sundays.
