Gastronomy - Sururu
Sururu - Typical of the Brazilian Northeast, sururu (also known as siriri) it lives in the mud of lakes inside a small cocoon and measures one to two centimeters. At lakes Manguaba and Mundaú the mollusk is a way of living for many families in the area. It can be tasted as couvert (cooked with coconut milk), entré (cooked with the peel with tomato juice, pepper, onion and garlic) or participate in the composition of the dressing of a fish dish.
