Gramado Golf Club
The course opened in 1972 built by Argentinean architect Alberto Serra. Its relief is slightly undulating and has six artificial lakes. The vegetation is formed by native species and trees imported from Germany. Traditional hydrangeas and the Bavarian architecture give a European touch to the golf course. It is a private course, which enables tourists to play upon payment of a green fee.
Gramado and Canela are part of the so-called Serra Gaucha (a mountain range in Rio Grande do Sul) a tourism region of German colonization that has a large offer of hotels of all tourism categories.
Gramado Golf Club offers driving range, putting green, snack bar and equipments for hire. It has 9 holes, par 70 and 6060 yards. It is open 7h00 till 18h00 tuesdays through sundays.
The average temperature is 15oC and the golf course is 830 m over the sea level.
